(term-is-xemacs): Remove.
(term-if-xemacs, term-ifnot-xemacs): Test (featurep 'xemacs).
(term-window-width): New function.
(term-mode, term-check-size): Use it.
(term-mode): Disable overflow-newline-into-fringe in term buffer.
